After logging in to the members area, you are taken what I think is a beautifully designed page. I always like it when people make an effort to make their websites and products look good because it’s usually an indication that they care about their product and thus make an effort to produce a good end-result.

You’re immediately greeted by an audio recording with instructions of how to proceed. While I like the idea of this, I do find it a little bit annoying that you cannot pause this audio message because it simply goes too fast to be able to keep up.

This first page starts with step #1 which is to track your weight. Basically, it’s a goal setting section where you enter your current situation (weight and upload a current photo), set your goals for your weight loss, and thus are able to track your progress over the course of the program. You are also able to upload photos on a timeline scale and thus you’re able to see your progress not only with numbers, but also with actual pictures of your body.

I like this concept because I know how useful it can be to track your progress. Not only does it keep you motivated to work harder to achieve your goal and have a beautiful track record, but if you’re slacking off you can see this on your goal tracking and bump up your efforts to get back to speed.

At this stage of getting to know the product I’m impressed with the quality of the design and layout. I really feel that the creators have made an effort to make the product user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing.

I also really like the fact that the goal tracking system informs you of whether or not your goal that you set is realistic. This will help keep your expectations in check and thus serve to keep you motivated to keep achieving your goals. I know how demotivating it is when you set a goal and don’t reach it.

I’m not a fan of the fact that you cannot pause the audio recording. It runs a little too fast for my liking, but then again it’s only an instruction message so it’s not that important.

Everything is very simple to read, follow and understand.

The FLF program focuses primarily on nutrition and exercise, but also includes elements of rest and relaxation which I think are very important in losing weight and having a healthy body. I personally believe that the best way to lose weight is to just burn more calories than you consume, and the easiest way to ensure that you do this is by changing your diet to a natural food diet, cutting out junk. The FLF does an excellent job of explaining how to cut out junk food and switch to a natural food diet, telling you exactly which foods are good to eat and which are not. It also makes great suggestions for helping you make the transition from bad food to good food (which is often the hardest).

All the different guides and manuals are a bit overwhelming at first. It’s really a ton of information that you have available and I always get a bit paralyzed by this information overload.

The recipe guides are really awesome but they don’t include pictures of the end result. I would have loved to see this included in the program.

The workout manuals looks a bit rushed, I would have loved to see this expanded and presented a bit better. It does the job but I would recommend an improvement to the creators here.
